If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, our team is here to make it right.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

-Unused and in their original packaging

-In the same condition you received them

Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

-Clearance or discounted items

-Personalized or custom goods

-Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., wearables, earphones)

Please note: A 2.5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns that are not due to defect or damage.


2. Return Process

-Email us at Nimble.sa.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

-Our team will guide you through the return steps and share the return address.

-Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status.
If approved:

-Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

-A 2.5% restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchange requests, please email our support team before returning your item.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist promptly and ensure a swift resolution.


6. International Orders

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
These charges fall outside our standard shipping process.
