  • South Africa: usually 7–14 business days

  • International: usually 10–25 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. External factors such as customs clearance, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons may affect delivery.


💰 Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the supplier’s dispatch region.

  • Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

  • Delays happen. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
